Task
Create a look/brand for a Health & Safety recruitment consultancy which, while listing a lot of jobs, emphasised their market expertise. Most adverts in the industry magazine emphasise choice of jobs as in “Sweet selection”, with a picture of a selection of sweets, or feature weak puns like “Seeking a healthy career?”.
Our Solution
We took a series of 12 double page adverts and put all the detail (list of jobs, contacts) on the right and then used the space on the left to define an industry related term - e.g. ergonomics, risk assessment, qualified worker. Immediately beneath this definition was a description of the HSE recruitment network in similar terms. For example:
"Occupational Health: The promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all occupations by preventing departures from health, controlling risks and the adaptation of work to people, and people to their jobs.
The HSE Recruitment Network: The Specialist Recruitment Consultancy that promotes and maintains the highest degree of professionalism, ensuring the well-being of its candidates and clients by adapting jobs to people and people to jobs; knowing that it benefits no one to force an inappropriate match."
Finally, to ensure readers linked the double pages we listed the clients services across the top of both pages.
