Task
Create an advert for a Senior position for a company whose patented technology blocks or manipulates what are known as T cell receptors – receptors whose communication with target cells governs the body’s immune response. For the cells of the body’s immune system to function correctly they need to be able to recognise and distinguish what cells should be there and what cells should not be present. This recognition and identification is initiated and propagated via a series of receptors present on the T cell and their counterpart ligands on the target cells.
Our Solution
Once we had a grasp of the science involved, it was relatively easy. The science was about cells recognising what should or should not be there – so the advert was headed “An Opportunity for Recognition” while, of course, “Recognition” is a selling point for candidates.
