Robert J. Rubin, is a Nephrologist and Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center. Dr. Rubin was the assistant secretary of planning and evaluation in the US Department of Health and Human Services under President Ronald Reagan, and is the former president of The Lewin Group, an international health care consulting company. Dr. Rubin continues to consult for various pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as for the US government. Dr. Rubin knows the US market for transplantation from both a clinical and economic perspective.
